JOB DETAIL

• Monitor and control in-process quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct in-line quality inspections and audits to identify and resolve non-conformities.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Production Teams to maintain process stability and defect reduction.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions to prevent process variation.
• Support new project launches through process validation and performance monitoring.
• Participate in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation maintenance.
• Provide quality training and coaching to production teams.
• Analyze defect rates, scrap levels, and process capability to optimize production efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields).
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, process control, or quality assurance in automotive or composite manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone Analysis).
• Understanding of ISO 14001 and Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to analyze process data and drive improvements.
• Experience working with international automotive OEMs and suppliers is a plus.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate.
