- Manage project-related issues within the manufacturing team (internal, suppliers, customers, and warranties).
- Lead customer claims management, problem-solving, cost recovery, and quality audits.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions for quality issues.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve quality concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct product and process audits to maintain high standards.
- Implement and maintain control plans and quality documentation.
- Monitor quality-related KPIs such as scrap rates, rework levels, and PPM.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO9001 quality standards.
- Develop inspection/testing procedures and work instructions.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, or related).
- 5+ years of experience in Quality & Project Engineering (Automotive industry preferred).
- Experience in European automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001.
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is a plus.
- English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced level.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Age Range: 30-40 years old (Any Gender).
