Report to Japanese Managing Director

- Develop safety, occupational health, and environmental work plans and implement the annual operational plan.
- Monitor and ensure the company maintains continuous safety operations.
- Report safety performance results to relevant government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to safety, occupational health, and the work environment.
- Oversee the management of environmental and occupational health and safety systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health, Occupational Health, or Safety.
- Experience in Safety over 10 years with 5 years of management level in manufacturing.
- Lower-intermediate level of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle unexpected situations effectively, and possess leadership qualities.
- Certified as a professional safety officer is a must.
