【Main Duty】
・Expand business with a Japanese MD
・Work with distributors to expand business
*This company is currently a representative office and plans to incorporate as business expands. (within 1~2 years)

【Job Description】
・Product Explanation - Explain the features and benefits of the cloud recording service to customers.
・Onboarding Support - Assist new customers with product setup and initial configuration.
・Customer Utilization Support - Propose ways for existing customers to maximize product use and enhance satisfaction.
・Building Corporate Relationships - Establish and maintain partnerships with local companies in Thailand.
・Distributor Training - Provide product knowledge and sales techniques to distributors.
・Distributor Support - Assist with sales activities and respond to distributor inquiries.
・Market Research & Strategy Planning - Analyze market trends in Thailand and develop business strategies.
・Marketing Planning - Plan and implement promotional activities and brand awareness strategies for the Thai market.
・Customer Support - Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
・Internal Reporting & Information Sharing - Report market insights and customer feedback to the headquarters for improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 5 years of direct or distributor sales experience
・More than 3 years of customer success experience
・Basic knowledge about IT or SaaS products
・Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 750】

【Advantage】
・Can speak Japanese
・Industry experience in Information Technology
・Experience working with cloud recording services
