Duties and Responsibility:
• Work with team to successfully create clients over South East Asia to expand our services and introduce our Systemic Coaching™ for organizational transformation.
• Be expert of our latest Systemic Coaching™ concept while playing an active role to create collaboration and alignment within/across organization for development projects.
• Using training and maximize resources to continuously develop own self as qualified executive/learning coach. In the meantime, uphold high standard of a coaching in 1on1 and group setup to enhance sustainable organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with internal and external party within and across countries to increase high service quality and business expansion.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・More than 5 years of working experience
・Four-year university graduates, study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or the U.S. welcome
・Able to speak Japanese , English , Thai professionally
・No coaching knowledge or background required.
・ Business level English and Japanese.
