• Operations & Logistics: Manage daily deliveries, optimize routes, monitor KPIs, and oversee 3PL partnerships.
• Team Leadership: Lead delivery teams, provide training, and assign roles.
• Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement tracking tools.
• Technology & Improvement: Utilize technology, analyze data, and enhance digital solutions.
• Budget & Costs: Control costs, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety protocols.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5+ years in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong team management and decision-making skills.
• Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Native Korean and Conversation in Thai language skills. (TOPIK 5 Up)
