JOB DETAIL

• Support team with preparing reports (MBR and KPI)
• Assist in managing customer service team
• Help coordinate with delivery carriers and monitor performance
• Support the carrier bidding process
• Use TMS system to check delivery status (Support operation team)
• Coordinate with HQ Korean and customers for daily operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5+) and English, Thai native
• Experience in 5+ years in last-mile delivery/logistics/supply chain (Logistics experience NOT required)
• Strong team management and decision-making skills.
• Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
