JOB DETAIL

Administrative duties
- Office facilities supports.
- Office general purchaser
- Attending to guests and delivery man.
HR
- Manage and oversee end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding.
- Other general issues in HR – Attendance and leave , etc.
IT
- Laise with IT vendors
Accounting duties
- Daily accounting functions
- Laise with banker, accounting firm and other vendors.
- Able to handle full set of accounts
Logistics
- Process order and arrange delivery schedules.
- Laise with freight forwarders and transporters for dispatch of goods
- Laise with clearing agent for importing of cargoes
- Arrange samples for customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage duties.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks or other Accounting software.)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- 5 years up of experience in administrative support, accounting, or logistics.
- Degree qualification holder
