• Serve wine to diners, including selecting the right wine and executing proper service techniques.
• Create and update the wine list, including pricing.
• Manage wine inventory, including monitoring stock and ordering new wines.
• Pair wines with dishes, and coordinate with the culinary team.
• Train new staff on wine and other beverages.
• Facilitate wine education and tastings.
• Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate prices.
• Analyze alcoholic beverage business, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administration field.
• At least 2 years of work experience as Sommerlier (Wine Expert) in restaurant or hotel
• Intermediate of English
• Required certificate of WSET level2 or CMS level2
