The Grower Credit Assistant Manager is responsible for assessing and managing financial support programs for growers, including credit risk evaluation, loan disbursement, and repayment collection. This role ensures financial sustainability while minimizing credit risk for the company.

• Evaluate and approve grower loan applications based on financial assessment and risk analysis.
• Monitor outstanding loans and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide financial literacy training to help growers manage loans and repayments effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and government financial regulations.
• Track and analyze credit performance, preparing reports for senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 5-7 years in agricultural finance, rural banking, or credit risk management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Financial analysis, risk management, negotiation, debt collection.
• Lower intermediate of English language can apply
