Position Summary:
The Grower Service Manager is responsible for managing harvesting machine operations, cane transportation logistics, and grower service support to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating harvest schedules, maintaining harvesting equipment, and optimizing fleet utilization for cost-effective cane delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage harvesting operations and optimize machine allocation for efficiency.
• Oversee cane transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Plan fleet utilization and coordinate with the factory to balance supply and processing capacity.
• Ensure maintenance and readiness of harvesters, trucks, and field service equipment.
• Control costs while improving operational performance and safety standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 10+ years in harvesting operations, agricultural logistics, or farm services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Skills: Fleet management, operations planning, problem-solving, grower engagement.
