JOB DETAIL
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and engage target audiences on TikTok.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including short videos, creative copy, and interactive posts.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers, negotiate transparently, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
• Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors to enhance content effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing teams and external vendors to maximize content reach and impact.
• Continuously refine content based on data insights and audience engagement metrics.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Fluency in Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4-6 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging, viral content.
• Experience in content management and social media strategy, particularly on TikTok.
• Excellent copywriting skills for digital and social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
