Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct herbal extraction processes to develop pharmaceutical-grade products, with a focus on traditional Thai medicine.
2. Formulate and test both injectable and oral drug formulations to meet regulatory and production standards.
3. Perform quality control and analytical testing in a laboratory environment to ensure product efficacy and safety.
4. Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to regulatory submissions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
6. Support the scale-up process from lab-scale research to commercial production.
7. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with GMP and industry regulations.
8. Continuously improve R&D methodologies for enhanced product efficiency and innovation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
2. Age between 22 – 40 years (Any gender).
3. Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.\
4. Strong practical skills in laboratory work, particularly in herbal extraction and drug formulation.
5. Basic to lower intermediate English proficiency for reporting and internal communication.
6. Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on in problem-solving.
7. Ability to work effectively in a laboratory-focused role.
