Responsibilities:

Plan and define the design direction to align with the brand image.
Oversee the creative production process and all design work to meet strategic goals.
Manage and coordinate with the graphic design team, content team, marketing team, and other related teams to create cohesive work.
Responsible for organizing events, activities, and exhibitions related to the brand according to the planned agenda.
Develop and maintain quality standards for design work, along with conducting meetings to present new ideas with the team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the position of Art Director or managing art and design-related work.
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related software.
Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire the team and communicate effectively.
Capable of managing project and event work according to the plan within specified timelines.
Knowledgeable in communication planning and creating a clear brand image.
Strong, decisive decision-making skills.
