JOB DETAIL
1.) Plan strategies and create content for Social Media that aligns with the brand's vision to increase visibility and engagement.
2.) Analyze the effectiveness of published content, gather data, and adjust strategies for future posts.
3.) Supervise the production of videos and images, working with the Creative team and Graphic team to create high-quality content that targets the desired audience.
4.) Propose and execute online marketing campaigns such as video content, live streaming, and Social Media activities.
5.) Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that content aligns with marketing plans and supports sales growth.
6.) Keep track of trends and consumer behavior in the beauty industry and Social Media to propose innovative ideas.
7.) Manage budgets and resources for content production, including filming and outdoor work.
8.) Analyze Social Media data for the brand and competitors, providing in-depth reports and developing growth strategies.
9.) Monitor and analyze KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach to ensure alignment with the brand's objectives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1.) Any gender with age 30 - 47 yrs
2.) Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or similar areas.
3.) Experience in a relevant field such as Creative, Social Media Management, or Marketing is preferred.
4.) Proven experience in creating and managing content for Social Media, especially video and image production.
5.) Creative thinking with the ability to develop ideas that respond to trends and consumer behavior excellently.
6.) Proficient in using tools and software related to content creation.
7.) Strong data analysis skills for Social Media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) to plan growth strategies and assess market opportunities.
8.) Effective communication and collaboration skills with the Creative, Marketing, and Graphic teams.
9.) Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage work under pressure to meet project requirements.
