- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's finance and accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, budget planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting, in accordance with applicable standards (Thailand GAAP or IFRS).
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, strengthen team capabilities, and foster a work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including liabilities, receivables, and working capital, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure that all financial operations comply fully with local tax regulations and relevant laws.
- Collaborate with the production department and other functions to understand production costs, improve operational efficiency, and support financial decision-making with accurate data.
- Develop and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, transparency, and operational effectiveness.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required
- 10+ years of executive-level experience in a finance/accounting role
- Senior finance leadership experience (Controller, CFO)
- Strong knowledge of Thailand GAAP or IFRS
- Comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience directly interacting with senior leaders and head office
- Ability to speak English is a must, Chinese is a plus
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience with one of the Big 4 CPA firms or other highly reputable companies
- Obtains CPA license is a must
