JOB DETAIL

Driving Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition:
ㆍ Proactively identify and target potential clients, focusing on those who require tech implementation solutions for their marketing and communication needs.
ㆍ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
ㆍLeverage CRM platforms (LINE and CDP) to manage client interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
ㆍ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable project delivery and favorable terms.
ㆍManage the business with a strong understanding of P&L, including cost management for proposals and projects.
Innovation, Product Development,& Market Intelligence:
ㆍ Identify and evaluate opportunities to develop new apps that address market needs within the marketing and communication space.
ㆍ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry.
ㆍMonitor competitor activities and identify potential threats and opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age not over 36 years.
- Bachelor any fields.
-10 years experiences in Business Development Manager within the marketing tech industry.
-Strong understanding of the tech landscape, expertise in CRM platforms (specifically LINE and CDP)
-Understanding of the technology landscape and digital marketing trends.
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like PowerBI (or similar).
-Strategic thinker with a practical approach.
-Persuasive communicator with strong influencing skills.
-Relationship builder with a client-centric focus.
-Analytical and data-driven.
-Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Bonus Points (Optional):
-Experience with specific CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
-Experience in Tech Start-ups
-Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
