- Develop and organize the work systems for the IT, App, and Database Analysis teams, separating the responsibilities of team members in both routine tasks and project work.
- Analyze data by collecting, recording, and designing reports that meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer data from both internal and external databases to understand customer behavior and create profit opportunities for clients, such as sales data and consumer behavior.
- Be able to extract data from the system and generate reports summarizing sales and inventory data.
- Create presentations to summarize data in graphical formats.
- Manage data on both the website and applications, coordinating with teams responsible for each job.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Have decision-making skills.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Possesses a good personality, leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Has knowledge of SQL Server database systems.
- Skilled in using dashboard tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Proficient in data cleaning techniques.
- Capable of using advanced formula functions such as Pivot, VLOOKUP, and IF.
