1.Financial Management of the Organization
-Plan, control, and manage the company's finances to meet business goals.
-Prepare budgets and oversee them in accordance with the company's work plans and strategies.
-Monitor and control cash flow to ensure the company has good financial liquidity.

2.Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Analyze financial data to assess the company's performance and recommend pathways for development.

3.Financial Risk Management
-Oversee and manage the organization's financial risks such as exchange rates, interest rates, and liquidity risks.
-Develop strategies for managing financial risks to prevent potential financial problems.

4.Tax and Financial Legal Compliance Oversight
-Ensure that financial operations comply with tax laws and accounting regulations.
-Verify that the company pays taxes and conducts financial operations legally.

5.Management of Investment and Funding Sources
-Plan and develop investment strategies to increase the organization's value.
-Manage the sourcing of funds, such as loans, issuing shares, or joint ventures.

6.Oversight of Accounting Systems and Internal Audits
-Oversee accounting systems, record-keeping, and internal audits to comply with accounting standards.
-Coordinate with auditors and relevant agencies.

7.Strategic Consulting for Senior Management
-Provide financial and investment advice to the CEO and board of directors.
-Support business strategy decision-making from a financial perspective.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Prior experience in the IT industry or a deep understanding of financial operations in tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
