JOB DETAIL

- Conduct chemical analysis of product samples using Spectrometer ICP.
- Supervise and oversee laboratory operations to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in chemical analysis.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Develop and implement chemical testing procedures and laboratory methodologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to laboratory staff regarding chemical analysis techniques.
- Analyze and interpret test results to ensure product quality meets industry standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams for process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to chemical testing and analysis.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Train and mentor junior chemists and laboratory personnel.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 25 years old and above
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- 3 - 10 years of experience in chemical analysis and laboratory operations (Experience in spectrometer ICP is a plus)
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and leadership skills
