1.) Manage the sales team to achieve 100% of the company’s sales targets.
2.) Oversee the sales administrative staff to ensure their performance aligns with the sales team’s goals.
3.) Develop sales strategies.
4.) Conduct market evaluations.
5.) Develop and train subordinates.
6.) Attend meetings and implement company policies.
7.) Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male/Female, aged 30 years and above
2.) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or other related fields
3.) At least 5 years of experience in sales team management
4.) Passionate about sales and customer service
5.) Experience in the hospital industry is a plus
6.) Strong patience and tolerance
7.) Excellent leadership skills
