JOB DETAIL

Customer Service & Support:
- Handle face-to-face and telephone inquiries regarding credit cards (e.g., lost cards, malfunctioning cards, overseas cash advances, insurance issues).
- Provide support in the lounge for primarily Japanese customers, including assistance in making reservations for restaurants, hotels, spas, and tours.
- Occasionally support customers from China, Taiwan, South Korea, etc., using English.
Promotions & Marketing:
- Negotiate with merchants and develop promotions for cardholders.
- Write blog posts and update website content to promote benefits and offers.
Content & Information Management:
- Prepare the benefit booklet.
- Update and post articles on the website , including visiting member stores for information gathering and content creation (in Japanese).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Extract, summarize, analyze, and report monthly data on lounge utilization and sales.
Facility Management:
- Create and update postings within the Plaza Lounge.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's degree or higher.
・Male or Female
・Age not over 40 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese 【Must have N2 UP】
・Upper Intermediate Level of English 【TOEIC 750 UP】
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・JLPT certificate N2 up (JLPT N1 certificate will be advantage)
・Having experience of studying abroad in Japan will be advantage.
・Cheerful and communication skill.
・Service mind.
