- Operational Management: Oversee F&B operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Banquet & Catering: Plan and coordinate banquet events, develop menus with the culinary team, and ensure timely execution of events.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, develop schedules, and provide performance reviews.
- Guest Experience: Deliver luxury guest experiences, gather feedback, and maintain high service standards aligned with brand heritage.
- Menu Development & Quality Control: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus, conduct tastings, and introduce innovative F&B concepts.
- Financial Management: Help achieve financial goals through revenue generation, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Event Coordination: Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, weddings, and private functions.
- Team Development: Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing training to maintain service excellence.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years in managing F&B operations within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in F&B Management or Hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
