Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop and achieve sales targets
- Seek new target customers (with manager approval)
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company
- Evaluate customer financial status to minimize risk of non-payment
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide product and service information to assist customer decisions
- Handle billing, cheque collection, and overdue inventory follow-ups
- Submit sales forecasts to planning & purchasing teams monthly
- Prepare weekly sales reports for performance evaluation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
- Education: University graduates preferred. Diploma/High Vocational is also welcome.
- Experience: 0 – 3 years in sales (new graduates welcome)
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Must own a vehicle and telephone
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 is a plus
