• Promote and sell Fire Pumps, Solar Cells, EV Chargers, and new company products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned.
• Develop marketing strategies and sales tactics.
• Coordinate sales activities and support the sales process.
• Lead and support the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in government sales is a plus.
• Strong ability to develop marketing and sales strategies.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Leadership skills with a strong ability to support and guide the sales team.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with both government and private sectors.
• Owns a personal vehicle and is willing to travel to meet clients.
• Positive work attitude and ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
