• Responsible for managing Commercial and Industrial Printers (C&I) across Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Pakistan, overseeing international client management, market and sales planning, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This role includes stock inventory management, sales forecasting, and collaborating with the Product Development team to expand sales and marketing channels for 2nd tier customers within the assigned markets.
• Drive C&I business growth and achieve sales targets through close collaboration with international distributors/partners.
• Develop strategic sales plans and support marketing campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Build strong relationships with distributors/partners and provide training to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain a healthy supply chain and ensure key sales KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) are met.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to strengthen product positioning.
• Plan and execute high-ROI activities, assisting in the annual marketing plan, including advertising, promotions, and sales kits in coordination with local distributor marketing teams.
• Track competitor models, sales programs, activities, and market share to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Participate in joint sales visits with distributors and potential partners to expand business opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT product sales within the Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Pakistan markets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Skill in Colour Management System (CMS) / Graphic program, Printing technology and photography
• Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).
