- Analyze customer requirements and assist in designing appropriate IT solutions (e.g., Network, Security System, Asset Control).
- Prepare technical proposal documents and summarize solutions that meet customer needs, along with creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documents.
- Support the sales team by presenting technical details and in-depth product/solution information to make it easier for customers to understand, and assist in closing sales.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Demonstrate AV solutions to customers, including organizing workshops or training sessions.
- Provide technical advice and assist with answering questions or solving issues related to IT solutions for customers.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and trends to enhance knowledge and improve the solutions offered.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Support in the IT Solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure such as Networking, Security Systems, Asset Control, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of products or technologies in Networking, Security Systems, and Asset Control, along with strong relationships with vendors. Ability to request competitive product pricing from vendors to support sales efforts.
- Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ will be considered a plus.
- Prefer candidate who have own car.
