We are looking for a talented Technical Sales Executive to join our team, focused on driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships within the feed mill industry. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in animal science and exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Performance: Achieve sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with feed mills and integrators.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations and oversee product trials to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong customer network at all levels to support long-term partnerships.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to market shifts and customer needs while collaborating with the technical team to provide high-quality service.
- Operational Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for sales, technical, and administrative matters to ensure seamless business operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age not over 40 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 1–5+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
- A customer-focused mindset with creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license is required.
