Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage general HR documentation, including payroll processing, welfare administration, company benefits, insurance, and training programs.
2. Handle general affairs, ensuring the efficient operation of office facilities and administrative support.
3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Provide assistance in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with legal standards.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
1. Age: 33-40 years old.
2. Gender: No specific gender required.
3. Experience: 5-10 years in HR management, focusing on general HR documentation, payroll, welfare, benefits administration, insurance, and general affairs.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a plus.
5. TOEIC Score Allowance: 650+ Score: Additional THB 4,000 per month.
Scores starting from 350: Incremental allowances beginning at THB 300, with variable increments based on the score.
6. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
