• Business Development: Expand air freight and sea freight business domestically and internationally; identify new clients in the freight and supply chain industries.
• Logistics Solutions: Provide tailored logistics solutions, including air and sea freight services.
• Sales Target Achievement: Track and meet sales targets while analyzing market trends.
• Tendering and Quotations: Manage the bidding process; prepare proposals and pricing strategies.
• Company Representation: Attend trade shows and develop new customer networks; maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Multi-path Bidding: Collaborate with sales teams for multi-path bidding in Local
• Business and Global Business.
• Communication: Engage with both Thai and foreign customers to provide services and respond to inquiries

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight forwarding sales.
• Solid management skills with the ability to handle customer and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in English; Korean, Japanese, Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Experience in tendering, quotation analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Strong new business development and client acquisition skills, with a track
• record of closing high-value deals 10M+ per month.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
