・Production Plan Coordination
Coordinate between the sales department (CS) and the operations department to support a smooth production plan and ensure the best benefits for the company.
Provide support to achieve efficient production that meets client needs.
・Support for Import/Export Operations
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and support import and export activities.
Manage customs procedures and the preparation of necessary documentation.
・Support for Warehouse Management
Assist with warehouse activities to promote operational efficiency. In particular, support initiatives like 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
Ensure warehouse safety and oversee compliance with the ISO system.
・Monitoring Product Movement within the Warehouse:
Monitor product movement within the warehouse and implement optimal management methods.
Contribute to improving inventory management, quality control, and reducing logistics costs.
・Support for Learning Packaging Design:
Quickly learn new packaging designs and implement the most efficient packaging methods.
Knowledge of packaging design for automotive-related products may be required in some cases.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree or Technical college
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 45 years old
・More than 8 years Warehouse Management
・More than 5 years of Packing work experience
・Can use CAD System
・Lower Intermediate Level of English

【Advantage】
・Automotive knowledge will preferable
・Can learn special packing design (fast learning)
