JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for getting Unilamp products specified, supporting our current distributor network and growing our brand and market share
2. Proven track record in growing specification sales in the lighting industry. You are proactive and capable of working independently.
3. Responsible for significantly increasing business within assigned Architects, Engineers, Lighting Designers, and Owners.
4. Responsible for acquiring international customers, estimating sales volumes, selling products and services.
5. Controlling the preparation of sales documents, and managing export processes. Coordinate with the export team to ensure.
6. The smooth delivery of products to customers, aiming to achieve sales targets and create customer satisfacion.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the Director.
8. Develop marketing plans and export strategies.
9. Take care of and deal with customer complaints, and find ways to solve problems for customers.
10. Travel to meet customers abroad in the Asian region and participate in exhibitions abroad.
11. Perform duties as required by the company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Male or Female candidates aged 35-45 years.
3.At least 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
4. Strong business development and negotiation skills with excellent English communication.
5. Demonstrated ability in business development, market research, and identifying new opportunities in international markets.
