1.Develop and implement sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive performance.
2.Manage daily sales operations, including store layouts, product displays, and inventory control.
3. Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
4.Coach and supervise the sales team to optimize performance and ensure goal achievement.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving complaints promptly.
6. Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and sales campaigns across online and offline channels.
7. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast trends to enhance strategies and optimize inventory.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or female, aged 28-38 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3. At least 5 years of sales experience in a managerial role within retail, furniture materials, construction materials, or related industries.
4. Expertise in retail sales strategies and sales management.
5. Proven experience in inventory and logistics management.
6. Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with customers.
7. Ability to adapt and solve problems effectively in high-pressure situations.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and to neighboring countries.
9. Positive attitude, proactive, honest, punctual, and highly responsible.
