- Installation and Configuration : Supervise low/medium voltage switchgear or systems as per company standards. This includes setting up both software and hardware to ensure proper operation.
- Investigation : Perform troubleshooting issues with installed equipment or systems. This can involve on-site investigation/repairs or providing remote support to resolve technical problems.
- Customer Consultation and Support : Offer technical advice and support to customers when they encounter problems with products or services. This includes answering queries and providing guidance on proper usage.
- Testing and Analysis: Test and analyze products or systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Post-repair testing is also done to confirm that issues have been resolved.
- Training and Education: Train customers and staff on the use of new products or systems provided by the company. This includes staying updated on new technologies and continuously improving one's own skills.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor or above degree majored in electrical / related field. Relevant certification are advantages.
- Min 3 yrs. in electrical field service experience is preferred.
- Familiar with product development and product industrialization process, knowledge of Electrical product is preferred.
- Communication skills: English - Intermediate
