JOB DETAIL

- Work with sales and technical teams to build customer relationships and long-term product use.
- Make a plan to visit customers for the supervisor.
- Regularly visit customer factories and keep correcting or improving production processes for customers.
- Prepare technical reports for superiors.
- Develop business relationships with existing customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Track and track issues to ensure customer satisfaction with technical solutions.
- Find out the needs of customers and provide advice to customers.
- Provide technical troubleshooting procedures and advice to customers (both theoretical and practical).
- Collaborate with all parties to achieve the common goals of the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male is preferable 23 years old and above
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
- Able to drive a car and travel for off-site work.
- Someone can work overtime (occasionally)
- If you have knowledge or experience in electronic circuit board plating, such as electroplating copper, nickel and gold plating or other processes involved in the production of circuit boards will be given special consideration.
