JOB DETAIL
• Provide technical support to Sales/Customer about products' technical information including installation, repair, and use.
• Introduce and recommend products based on customers' requirements.
• Analyze and determine methods on product selection and installation.
• Resolve customers' issues.
• Provide training on products' technical information to Sales, PC, and customers.
• Cooperate with Sales, Customer Service team, Quality Assurance team, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare supporting documents for customers on products' technical information.
• Schedule training sessions and attending relevant meetings as required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male only, Age: 30-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, electrical, etc.)
• High level in English required and must be able to communicate well
• Japanese is a plus.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Construction
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and data presentation using PPT or any other similar tools
