Job Description:
1. Implement departmental policies to achieve goals; coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production aligns with plans.
2. Collaborate with planning teams to prioritize production schedules.
3. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure it aligns with production lines; manage and inspect tasks related to the Checker system.
4. Oversee work to meet plans; identify and resolve issues; prepare for stock checks.
5. Conduct meetings with quality assurance and production departments to assess readiness for production.
6. Inspect steel and product parts during production; compare with data in the QAD system.
7. Communicate quality system policies and regulations to subordinates.
8. Adhere to and manage quality systems, including ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, and other standards.
9. Understand and monitor traces of animal carriers within the company.
10. Follow relevant quality system regulations, including food safety.
11. Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental system regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of production planning processes and systems.
4. Proficiency in using production planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., QAD system).
5. Understanding of ISO standards, food safety, and related quality systems (ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, etc.).
6. Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Ability to analyze and resolve production-related challenges effectively.
8. Leadership qualities to manage and guide a planning team.
