• Manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Oversee showroom layout and product displays to meet company standards.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
• Schedule and manage team activities to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female; Age 35 – 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in retail or showroom operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Intermediate Level of English is required.
