As a Factory Manager at a tire-recycling factory, you will be responsible:

1. Increase utilization ratio
2. Making and execution of production plan
(Efficient production schedule based on quantity and demand of waste tires)
3. Facility Management (inspection and maintenance etc)
4. Quality control (product quality standard check) and audit
5. Cost control
6. implementation of 5S
7. Report to Japanese Manager (in English)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Thai nationality, age older than 35 years old
-Intermediate level of English (Report to Japanese vice president)
-Must have more than 10 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
(Management experience in production and facility management is highly preferred.)
- Understanding of Japanese standard & culture
- Understanding of 5S (５ส) -Seiri/Sort, Seiton/Set in order, Seiso/Shine(clean), Seiketsu/Standardize, Shitsuke/Sustain
