【Main Duty】
Manage the 3 Departments
①Product Planning & Coordinator　②Marketing Planning & Coordinator ③Designer
・The department handles planning, development, and marketing of OEM products such as cosmetics and supplements.
・Manage the overall operations of the department, including progress tracking and risk management.
・Collaborate with managers from other departments to ensure smooth management and coordination.

【Job Description】
Conduct Market Research：Analyze trends and develop product strategies.
Oversee Product Development：Manage OEM product planning and development.
Research Raw Materials：Investigate new materials and suppliers for product development.
Source and Select Suppliers：Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality and cost.
Plan Procurement Strategies：Develop strategies for cost-effective material procurement.
Negotiate and Finalize Contracts：Handle pricing negotiations and supplier agreements.
Manage Product Policies：Ensure production processes and policies meet standards.
Plan Marketing Strategies：Develop and execute product marketing plans.
Monitor Progress and Risks：Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Coordinate with Departments：Work with managers across departments for alignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 45 years old
・More than 3 years of marketing experience
・More than 3 years of experience in product planning (even OEM) or product development
・Management experience
・Intermediate Level of Japanese
