1.) Develop and implement robust strategies to expand profitable Asset-Backed Lending credit and deposit relationships, ensuring alignment with company policies and credit standards.
2.) Lead the company’s bid for asset-backed loans, creating comprehensive action plans to achieve targeted profits.
3.) Evaluate potential acquisitions and development opportunities, conducting thorough feasibility analyses to assess risks and enhance financial returns.
4.) Monitor overdue accounts using advanced software and automated systems, reviewing contract terms to ensure compliance and direct invoicing and billing processes, and verifying accuracy and efficiency in debt collection efforts.
5.) Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
6.) Create and enforce standard operating procedures to identify and mitigate risks effectively and oversee customer communication strategies, utilizing various channels to solicit timely payments.
7.) Strategize collection activities to align with the desired P&L of the division, setting targets and leading teams to exceed collection goals.
8.) Manage the inventory of repossessed assets, ensuring timely auctions or sales to minimize losses.
9.) Oversee call center operations for early resolution of payment issues, working towards minimizing delinquency rates and resolving collection issues promptly, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
10.) Conduct regular process reviews to ensure strict adherence to established parameters and systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Any gender 40-50 years old
2.) Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. (MBA or higher degree preferred.)
3.) Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in asset management, banking, or financial services.
4.) Proven track record of bidding asset-backed loans and achieving target profits.
5.) Extensive experience in evaluating acquisition opportunities and conducting feasibility analyses.
6.) Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans for asset-backed lending.
7.) In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
8.) Proficiency with financial software and automated systems
9.) Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
10.) Strong leadership and team management skills.
