JOB DETAIL
- Developing and executing on marketing strategies of Real Estate for Low Rise / High Rise products.
- Finding new ways or opportunities of generating revenues and business growth.
- Planning and implementing all marketing activities online and offline for the company’s products.
- Monitoring marketing budget and ensuring all plans keep schedule and effective
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture , Real Estate or Marketing only. It is important that have completed an Architecture Degree.
- At Least 5 years experiences in Marketing with Real Estate and Home Builder industry only.
- Positively proactive, Innovative differentiate, Passionate to success, Collaboration, and Sense of ownership.
