JOB DETAIL
1. Sales Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that align with the company's business goals.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
3. Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across different regions.
4. Sales Operations:
o Oversee the sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
o Ensure efficient sales processes and CRM management to maximize productivity.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs and market demands.
o Provide regular updates and reports to the Managing Director on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Requirements
• Male or female, age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a sales Director or in a similar senior sales management role at least 3 yrs or experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience in Plastic compound, Petrochemical, Chemical is preferred.
• Excellent in English and Proficiency in both Japanese, Chinese is plus.
