JOB DETAIL

1. Supervise and follow up product specialists to follow the principles of product demonstration case inspection
2. Attend product demonstration cases and provide advice on correct usage methods when customers need them
3. Sale
4. Find information on competitors in the market to jointly plan work with the sales team.
5. Set a schedule for providing knowledge about products and sales skills to sales representatives in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
6. Train and evaluate sales representatives to be ready to work, especially knowledge of their own products and competitors.
7. Prepare and collect documents to provide knowledge on your own products and competitors' products, such as Presentation Slide, Competitors Comparison, etc., for use in presenting and demonstrating products.
8. Translate documents related to products, including creating a brief user manual for products under your responsibility.
9. Support and create sales promotion programs to stimulate sales to meet the company's targets.
10. Check inventory balance to be consistent with sales estimates of sales representatives to prevent shortages.
11. Check the products and accessories to be in accordance with the sales contract, both in terms of quantity and specific properties, in order to deliver the products to the customers.
12. Contact relevant agencies, such as various royal colleges or hospitals with potential, by exhibiting the products to find new customers.
13. Attend the monthly sales team meeting and jointly plan marketing plans with the sales team.
14. Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor and follow the company's policies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medical equipment, science, or related fields.
- Good command in English.
- Experienced 10 years of experience in medical equipment
- Able to organize events, workshops, join the case with doctors, Demonstrations, Presentations well.
- At least 5 years of experience as a PM/Assistant PM supervisor.
- Must have experience related to medical equipment used in hospitals and related devices. (If you have experience working in NEURO, it will be given special consideration)
- Must have own car.
