JOB DETAIL

■As Production Manager, will manage Whole Production Process
-Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation
-Monitor production processes to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance while maintaining cost efficiency
-Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement new manufacturing techniques
-Lead cost-reduction initiatives and enhance productivity without compromising quality
-When there has technical problem, will lead to find root causes, and solve the problem
-Manage subordinates(7-10 person)
-When there has inquiry from client, support provide answer or manage clients directly
(Occasional, but sometimes this position directly talk with clients)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female, Age 35 - 50 Years old
-Ever work at manufacturing company of machine parts
-Ever work as Supervisor or above level
-Ever manage Assembly process
-Knowledge about Machine for production process
-Ability to solve the problem related to production process


-English Intermediate level(Big Advantage)
-Japanese Intermediate level(Optional)
