JOB DETAIL
- Management of maintenance job and assign work order for all maintainer to be produced according to production plans.
- Developing company policies for all maintenance work.
- Improve Productivity and Quality up.
- Planning and Carry out the maintainer skill up.
- Management of Budgets.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male only, age over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering.
- Have experience at least 5 years about Maintenance Management for Semiconductor manufacturing.
- Have knowledge about ICS packaging at Dicing, Die Bond and Wire Bonding Process .
- Experienced in machine maintenance for Dicing, Die Bonding and Wire Bonding Machine.
- Experienced in defects analysis and quality improvement.
- Knowledge in TS 16949 and Environmental Management System.
