1.) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on fostering trust
2.) Identify and analyze customer needs, presenting suitable solutions through Feedback180's services to address their challenges, with an emphasis on demonstrating the value of software or applications as solutions
3.) Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets, including the use of Account Planning and Solution Selling techniques to negotiate with senior-level decision-makers
4.) Negotiate business agreements and terms with clients, aiming to create the best value and benefits for the customer
5.) Prepare proposals and present products or services to clients, utilizing tools like PowerPoint or other presentation software efficiently
6.) Develop and expand the customer base while staying updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
7.) Collaborate with the team to improve and enhance Feedback180's services to meet customer requirements
8.) Prepare thoroughly for professional communication with executive-level decision-makers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
2.) At least 5 years of experience in sales (minimum of 2 years in software or application sales, ERP,CRM,NPS,IT Solution would be a huge advantage)
3.) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
4.) Ability to demonstrate the value of software or applications as solutions for customer problems
5.) Understanding of Solution Selling principles and Account Planning techniques
6.) A results-oriented mindset, enjoying challenges, and striving for success in sales
7.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint or other presentation tools
8.) Eagerness to learn new things, open to technology and possess leadership qualities
9.) English intermediate level
