JOB DETAIL

Pitching:
- Prepare and deliver compelling media plans and strategies to new and existing clients, persuading them of the value and appropriateness of the proposed media investments.
Client Consultation:
- Act as the primary of contact for clients, understanding their marketing objectives and needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign goals, progress, and adjustments.
Media Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive media plans that align with clients’ marketing goals and budgets.
- Research and analyze market trends, audience demographics, and competitive landscapes to inform media strategies.
- Present media plans and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of media plans.
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Implement innovative media solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
Budget Management:
- Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
- Track expenditures and provide regular updates to clients on budget status.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, age 27 - 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Media Planner in digital agency.
- Proven experience in media planning within an advertising agency
- Strong understanding of various media channels and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to communicate in English language (Intermediate/Upper-intermediate)
