JOB DETAIL
Recruitment and Onboarding
-Maintain all JDs for all positions for fill replacement or new hire
-Communicate with managers to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
-Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
-Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
-Provide guidance, coaching training to hiring managers regarding Hirevue application
-Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
-Provide candidate feedback on interview results
-Managing and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
-Develop new employee orientations package and conduct general and basic HR matters.
-Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
-Remind line manager to complete probation evaluation process.
General HRM
-Maintain and update HR related record.
-Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
-Maintains and update employee leave record and enforce leave regulations to all employees.
-Employee Benefits management and administration such as

-Ensure adequate and appropriate HR related communicatio.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female, age 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in BA, HR or related field.
- Experience 7-10 years experience in HR role.
- Can to communicate in English (Upper-intermediate/ฺBusiness)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
-Understanding of Labor Laws.
-Strong Communication Skills: An HR Specialist should communicate clearly and effectively, whether for internal communications, employee relations, or candidate interviews.
-Recruitment and Selection Skills: Interviewing and selecting the right candidates are essential to ensure the best fit for the company.
-Should have critical thinking skills to handle complex issues quickly, especially in managing workplace conflicts or employee concerns.
-Data Management and Technology: employee data and proficiency with HR software like HRIS.
-Time Management and Prioritization: handle various tasks, such as interviews, documentation, training, and performance reviews, requiring strong organizational skills.
