1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop sales plans that align with the company’s objectives and goals.
Identify key market segments and potential clients, as well as continuously seek new customers.
Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize agreements.
Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor sales performance against targets and report progress regularly.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only / Age between 24-27 years old.
- Bachelor's or higher Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- 1-2 years’ experience of Sales or Marketing.
- Prefer exp in the beauty industry and understand business solution is advantage.
- Good personality with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- No need English language skill
- Energetic, high responsibility, keen working hard and be able to work under pressure.
- Own Transportation with valid driving license (Not necessary-company provide allowance by actual)
